At every opportunity at meetings with IFDA, NFDA, and Selected Independent Funeral Homes, we have always highly recommended SRS.  Our transition to SRS was simple due to the SRS support group's expertise and help in customizing some of our screens to accommodate our needs.  All of our data was transitioned over smoothly and accurately. The SRS software is very easy to use, it is simple to customize for each client, and the reports are very helpful. When I call the SRS Technical Support Group, the person answering the phone takes responsibility for helping me by answering my questions and actually making the requested change themselves, and usually the change is made within minutes, not hours or days. (With SRS, I have never just left a message with a clerical person who could take hours or days to have a technical person call me back.) The SRS software and service is outstanding! I just wanted to send you a quick email about the positive experience I had working with SRS. They helped me do a server migration for Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Homes and they were extremely helpful. Their explanations were great and they were able to help move thid along quickly while still being thorough. I noticed that when they ran test backups and things of that nature, they verified that the backups completed and looked correct rather than simple accept the dialog boxes that reported success. As someone who values thoroughness, I can certainly appreciate that.

Dear Scott and Kim, we just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our SRS Cloud software. We first started using SRS with Version 7, then Procession, and now the Cloud. Your program is the most customizable program available today. We have used three other funeral management programs before we purchased SRS, and by far, yours is the best. We recently built a brand new facility and our call volume increased by 20%, so with a small staff we can efficiently take care of our larger call volume with your program. We use your custom documents for all memorial folders, register books, thank you cards, laminations, DVD labels, and so much more. The state of Iowa recently updated our death certificate and SRS was on top of it, and we did not have any delay in being prepared for January 1, the first day the death certificate changes took place. Your customer support is the BEST available. When we call, somebody is always there to answer the phone. Whatever the issue is or whatever custom document we request is done in record time. If you ever have anyone that would like to see the amazing custom memorial folders or other documents we have created with your program, or to see how simple the program is, please don’t hesitate to have them call and we will tell them how great SRS is.

It's been a few years now that we began working with SRS and I just want to reiterate again how happy we have been with the SRS software we purchased (we are using the icloud version which we absolutely think is fantastic) for both our New Canaan and Norwalk Funeral Homes, but  the support from you during our initial meeting at one of the National Funeral Directors Convention to all the stages of implementing the software, to the training we were given to the "superb" technical service whenever we have called in with a question or a "need to know how to do something".  It has been TOP NOTCH. A number of years ago we found ourselves unsatisfied with the Director Assistant software we were using. Continental's customer service department was difficult to reach and often unresponsive to the concerns we had. Over a series of phone calls and emails, SRS answered all my questions and convinced me. I don't regret our decision. We use both the Procession and Crematory Manager programs. Scott, John and Adam answered any questions we had, and helped us find the cause of any discrepancy in the transferred records. SRS spent a lot of training time with our staff. SRS also did one-on-one training with directors, and was always available for questions. Our experience with SRS has been positive. The software and its accessibility have been great, but I can't say enough about the customer service SRS provides. During our initial installation and use of the software, we felt like we were their only customer. In the months, and now years, after that they continue to support us.

SRS has been a wonderful investment for our business. I have to admit that to begin with it seemed overwhelming how much we had to change to get used to it. However, once we jumped in, we realized it was only our fear of the unknown. The program works very simply and you just have to get used to how it suits your business. We started our use of it incrementally and as we took new steps into different parts of the program we realize how easy and seamless the change is and how foolish we were to not start using it earlier. Procession is a wonderfully user friendly program for the office side of the business. It keeps track of everything from people to services to embalming records. My favorite part of the program is the customization we are able to do both in the program and in the documentation side. The people at SRS are easy to work with and help explain the process of making changes very clearly. Portal is an excellent way of using the program to keep up to date with the goings on of our day to day work. It has replaced our board with very few hiccups. Although we were tentative to get into the use of the program, we have now jumped in with both feet and love it. We have a few more parts to get used to but are very excited to keep learning and using.

I am very demanding of my software. I want it to do what I want and not what the programmer wants. I looked at ALL the various software programs available and the only company that would give what I wanted was SRS. They designed the screens to my specifications and created all the forms that we use including all major insurance forms & cremation forms. When I needed support I didn't have to wait any longer than a phone call to get my issues and changes resolved. Customer support to me is just as important as the product and SRS Computing has excelled in both. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any funeral home who is serious about software that will work and be designed for them.

We have used SRS for a number of years and generally have been very satisfied. I'm not sure if any product suits everyone 100% of the time. We have a nice working relationship with Scott and the great team of support staff. I have told Scott this before, but I will mention it to you as well. The best thing your company has going for it is the support team. Software is software in my opinion. But if you can't get it to do what you want it do it is worthless.
