We are very very happy with SRS. Scott and his team can do about anything you want with the program. They are superior and extremely timely at technical assistance and continually updating the software. They have many modules to help you in your business - in many ways. They respond to new ideas and issues. We operate 4 locations, all linked, we do not use their accounting products because we operate about 8 different companies off our accounting software, (some related some not). (I am not related to the people at SRS even though you might think so with my positive remarks, it is just that after considerable frustration over the years, and being kind of a techie, they have really "come to the plate.")

Dear Scott & Kim, We just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our SRS Cloud software. We first started using SRS with v7 in 2007 and then Procession and now the Cloud. Your program is the most customizable program available today. We have used three other funeral management software programs before we purchased SRS and by far yours is the best. We recently built a brand new facility and our call volume has increased by 20%, so with a small staff we can effectively take care of our larger call volume with your program. We use your custom documents for all memorial folders, register books, thank you cards, laminations, DVD labels and so much more. The state of Iowa recently updated our death certificate and SRS was on top of it and we did not have any delay in being prepared for January 1, 2011, the first day the death certificate changes took place. Your customer support is the BEST available. When we call, somebody is always there to answer the phone. Whatever the issue is or whatever custom document we request is done in record time. If you ever have anyone that would like to see the amazing custom memorial folders or other documents we have created with your program or to see how simple the program is, please don't hesitate to have them call and we will tell them how great SRS is.

I just wanted to send you a quick email about the positive experience I had working with John Lawrence. He helped me do a server migration for Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Homes and he was extremely helpful. His explanations were great and he was able to help move this along quickly while still being thorough. I noticed that when he ran test backups and things of that nature he verified that the backups completed and looked correct rather than simply accept the dialog boxes that reported success. As someone else who values thoroughness I can certainly appreciate that.

We have been busy testing Procession and building up the comfort level with our staff in our Phoenix location. John Hubner has been helpful in fixing our death certificate report and with the exception of a few pending items, we are happy with the results.

The Auditor was here from Monday thru Thursday of this week and the outcome was outstanding. He was very impressed with our Pre-need Contract Log. Way to go Heidi! And even jokingly ask us to help other Funeral Homes get ready for their audit. We could not have accomplished this without your quick response to all of our many needs. It is appreciated more than you know. This is one of the reasons we decided to switch software providers. You guys have truly been a partner with our company since we came on-board.

pleasure for me. You answered my list of questions and concerns beyond
satisfactorily. I'm very impressed with how user friendly the software
looks and how much it's evolved since we first purchased it. Also, John
was just as easy to talk to and was able to set up the demo on our business
PC. In fact, he helped me to identify that my home PC has not been downloading
Windows updates so, I was able to get it updated and make sure it updates
going forward.

We have used SRS for a number of years and generally have been very satisfied. I'm not sure if any product suits everyone 100% of the time. We have a nice working relationship with Scott and the great team of support staff. I have told Scott this before but I will mention it to you as well. The best thing your company has going for it is the support team. Software is software in my opinion. But if you can't get it to do what you want it do it is worthless. The guys at SRS are readily available and always pleasant to work with.

A number of years ago we found ourselves unsatisfied with the Director Assistant software we were using. Continental's customer service department was difficult to reach and often unresponsive to the concerns we had. We made a decision to seek out a new software vendor. I had the opportunity to speak to a number of vendors, before our casket company representative gave me Sarah Parker's name and SRS contact information. I called Sarah and found her to be most helpful. Over a series of phone calls and emails, she answered all my questions and she convinced me that SRS was the right choice for us. I don't regret our decision. We are a multiple location funeral home and crematory. Our directors move from chapel to chapel to serve families. We installed the SRS software on a terminal server, allowing directors to get to their files from any location. This has allowed for more efficient use of our staff's time. We use both the Procession and Crematory Manager programs. Although we don't take advantage of everything SRS offers, we are well satisfied with the applications we do use. The transfer of files from our old TDAW system to SRS went well. Most fields transferred, the financials were accurate for the most part. Scott, John and Adam answered any questions we had, and helped us find the cause of any discrepancy in the transferred records. We had asked SRS to create a number of custom documents for our funeral home. They did, and worked with us to ensure they were showing the information we required. Sarah spent a lot of training time with our staff. We had a couple of conference calls with teams of directors and administrators as she showed staff how the software worked. Sarah also did one-on-one training with directors, and was always available for questions. Our experience with SRS has been positive. The software and its accessibility have been great. But I can't say enough about the customer service SRS provides. During our initial installation and use of the software, we felt like we were their only customer. In the months, and now years, after that they continue to support us.

Kim and Scott, John and John. Though I would take a few minutes to thank you and commend you for the fantastic setup and installation of our new SRS program. It does all that we want it to do, and more. Your modifications to suit all the legalities and necessities required by our home province Ontario here in Canada has been second to none, as well as the programs we wanted installed to suit our Funeral Home. The initial set up was great and over a period of a week we had all the fine tuning done to create a great Canadian Version that not only does everything we want it to do but, the ability to add to it when the need arises. Your programmers John and John were extremely patient with us as we tweaked a little here and there and had those changes done instantly. They are a GREAT asset to your company. I highly recommend SRS Computing Solutions and in fact I already have.

TDAW contacted me this week and wanted to know if we were ready to upgrade and I told them we no longer used their product. Naturally, they asked who we went with and why. I haven’t responded yet, but I am working on a response and here is what I have so far…… (just thought you guys would be interested) Reasons we chose to go with SRS:
